Hosting is simply an account on a server that can store and publish articles/files via the internet.
Domain is simply the name of your website i.e, the url which you see as the web address in the browser.

There are many website giving hosting and domain for less price like hostinger, godaddy, hostgator, bluehost and many other websites are there where you can get free hosting and domain at your budget.
And if you don't have any cash to make investment then you can also work as a content writer by applying in freelancing sites or you also have an option in using blogger which gives us free domain and hosting which is quite preferable for starters/beginners. Though premium sites have can generate more income but you can also generate decent amount in blogger.
How to start?
Once you get a domain and hosting, you can start posting and for that you need to first select a particular niche which is a topic on which all your posts would be based on. Here is a tip for you guys, try to find a niche with low competition as then ranking on google would be easy as compared with high traffic one.. Traffic is basically amount of visitors visiting your page. So, after researching select a niche and start posting regularly and consistently.
When will I get results?
Well, in order to be successful in anything you need to be hardworking and consistent which will lead you to fruitful results. Results can be as fast as 1 week and as long as 6 months but it depends on how your articles are ranked and traffic in your web-site.
How will I start earning?
Once you get decent visitors from google, you can apply for adsense and then by putting advertisements you can start earning and there are also many ways like affliate marketing where you can maximise your profit.
